Shipping Rates & Methods

A question many customers have is “How much will shipping cost?” We offer FREE SHIPPING for our annual subscribers within the Continental U.S. Otherwise, you will pay a flat rate shipping fee.

Standard shipping

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipments sometimes need to be signed for, while shipments can also be left at the driver’s discretion. Standard Ground Shipping delivery time is 5-7 business days. Shipment times are average, and remote locations, shipments during the winter holiday season, and cases of extreme weather may exceed the estimated shipment times.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, due to varying availability and shipping locations. We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

Estimated Shipment Times

If your order is received before noon Eastern Time, you can expect items specifically marked as IN STOCK on the product page to ship within 2 business days. During holidays, any orders received will not be processed until the next business day. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to see if your products will ship in a suitable time frame.

Where can I have my order shipped?

We ship anywhere within the continental United States. If you have an APO/FPO/DPO* address, send an email to or call us at 855.633.4445 to place and order and obtain a custom shipping quote. We’re currently do not ship outside the United States

Shipping & Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has been completed and shipped. It should include the shipping carrier name and tracking number. Please save these email invoices for your records.

Shipping Backorders

At Medihill, we have an extensive selection of medical alerts and accessories. We have a “never out” policy. We keep a steady inventory at any given time which is ready to ship. It is unlikely that your desired product will not be available, however, if this may happen, you will be notified by email or by phone with the option to cancel the item or replace it.


Medihill is dedicated to serving our customers. If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number, at or 1.855.633.4445.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies.

All shipments must be returned prepaid freight with the R.A. Number on the outside of the carton. Please be sure to use a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery and credit to account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If goods are returned without authorization they will be refused. Returned merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt and must be in the original condition and packaging or they will be rejected. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company, be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.

Order Errors, Lost or Damaged Merchandise

It is your responsibility to notify us of any discrepancies with an order within 24 hours of receipt of goods or our packing slip will be valid, and payment required as indicated.
